GoogleI used river homes to sell my houseboat and mooring in battersea. The team were excellent. Responsive, good advice and sales strategy - and knowledgable about surveys and the whole sales process. I felt they managed prospective buyers really well in terms of promptly responding to queries and keeping me informed. Communication excellent throughout and post offer to completion - really good at contacting lawyers and keeping the process moving forward. GoogleWe had an excellent service from Tom at Riverside Homes in Putney. Fortunately it was a straightforward transaction but you never know what may happen along the way! He and the team at that office were always helpful, courteous and speedy at dealing with requests. I would most definitely recommend them as agents for any properties near the river.

Caroline provided an excellent and efficient service helping to secure a wonderful flat. I struggled for months in the search of suitable accommodation in what is an unprecedented time of competition for flats in London. On first contact with Caroline the whole process from viewing, to agreeing rental terms took less then 48 hours. She was always available via email or call for any queries.

As a landlord, Riverhomes have been really helpful to me. I've had some great tenants and Riverhomes has ensured that they have been satisfied with the flat. They therefore keep the place in great condition and it has been easy to get tenants subsequently. I've also had tricky tenants and Riverhomes have done all the correspondence on my behalf and managed complicated situations sensitively and fairly to both parties.

I would highly recommend Riverhomes for any waterside property sales. They were professional from start to finish, treating my property and the sales process with respect and care. It was important to me that potential buyers were treated well too, as they will be the ones owning our much loved home. From Francis putting me at ease with the initial evaluation and talking me through the process, to Simon who arranged and managed all the viewings impeccably. I was offered a lot of options to fit around me. Their advice, knowledge and experience is invaluable. I cannot thank them enough.
