GoogleI am genuinely disappointed with the service. I have been living in West Byfleet for years, and this is by far the worst experience I have had with a letting/management service. Despite paying a serious amount of rent, ongoing issues in the property have not been handled properly. I have been dealing with a leaking ceiling for months, and nothing seems to move forward unless you raise your voice. Only then does any action start, and even that is slow and incomplete. This has been extremely frustrating and exhausting. Tenants should not have to chase basic maintenance for months or feel ignored when raising legitimate concerns. I would not recommend their services. I hope they see this message, because at this point I am simply fed up.
