Extremely unprofessional experience. After 7 months of ending our tenancy, we are suddenly being chased for additional payments that were never mentioned at the time or in any of the multiple emails we exchanged. Despite repeatedly reaching out back then to clarify matters, there was zero response. Now, long after we have vacated, and with several tenants no longer even in the country, this is being brought up out of nowhere. To make matters worse, the landlord and agency demanded an unreasonable amount of money immediately after we moved out and even went as far as threatening legal action. This felt completely inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive. We paid our rent on time throughout and fulfilled all our contractual obligations. The poor communication, delayed claims, and overall handling of this situation have been incredibly frustrating. Please never rent with them. The worst experience.
