Excellent service

We mainly dealt with Jack Owen and from the very start of our sale we experience fantastic customer service. Calls to the office were always answered, enquiries always looked into and we were always updated.

Poorest and greediest agent in history

I have written the comment on the service of the company 5 weeks before. No one follow up the case for us and the company still keep the rental that we should get from my tenants. What a shame!

This is my first time with an estate…

This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

Brilliant!

This is the Hebden Bridge I am talking about, the Staff have been nothing but determined, understandable and what’s more really pleasant always. I have had 6 houses all different area (not mine!) and they have done nothing but their best. By the way they’ve all been sold!

It was/is stressful and it took a long time to sell just over 20 weeks but it appears lots of properties took a very long time due to the way the market was/is. But the staff at Reeds Rains were so helpful always. I feel I can call them anytime and ask as many questions as needed . Thank you To stuart the manager . Lack of concern for Tenants and poor service

I rent a property through Reeds Rains in Blackpool. We have suffered over 8 years from poor responses for jobs to be completed and the landlord informed. Most recently my bedroom window which will not close properly was reported in July during a house check.After a number of emails someone came to get a quote for the landlord 23/08/23. Since then we have continued to regularly ask when the work is being done. Yesterday I went into the office has it is now getting colder and it is becoming a bigger issue. I was told that a different company will give a quote but not when this will happen. I feel that tenants are not treated with respect or importance by this company.
