GoogleI've been renting thru Reed Rains for the last year,a few months ago my landlord decided to sell the property I was renting,the guys at RR notably Tina and Brooke were so helpful in finding suitable accommodation ASAP,everything was done really efficiently and withing two/ three weeks I was in and everything was sorted. In my opinion they are by far most professional and helpful letting agents in the town.

GoogleProfessional stress free sale The sale of my late mother's flat was always going to be a difficult and emotional event but thanks to both family and Reads Rains (Clevedon) it was completed with minimal fuss and pure professionalism. This was after an earlier estate agent declined the sale as the "family were too fussy". I would happily recommend Reeds Rains to anyone wishing to sell a property.

GoogleI can't recommend Reeds Rains enough, they were fantastic in the handling of the sale of my deceased fathers Park home . Heidi was the best, she kept on top of moving the sale along. Also as I lived away from the area they helped organise cleaners to go in on my behalf. Would strongly recommend.

Kieran’s knowledge of market conditions and advice during our appraisal was invaluable, he gave us the confidence that we would have a successful sale. Tina and Matt were professional, friendly and proactive, making sure only qualified buyers viewed our house, which resulted in an asking price offer within the first 3 viewings! Jo at Embrace FS expertly guided us on our mortgage options and kept us reassured throughout what has been a turbulent time for everyone. Heidi made the after-sales process as smooth and quick as possible, regularly keeping us updated and handling any issues quicker than the solicitors on either side did! Thank you all so much, you’ve made what we anticipated would be a horribly stressful move across the country so easy. We would absolutely recommend Reeds Rains.

GoogleWe couldn’t fault the service we received from Reeds Rains. Extremely professional from beginning to end of our house sale, they were really proactive in terms of contacting potential buyers to arrange viewings and kept us updated throughout. The team are very friendly too - we recently locked ourselves out of the house on a Saturday and as they still had a key we called them on the off chance they might be able to help - and they quickly brought our key round to us!

TrustpilotThe Property Management Side is Appalling
I've been renting a property via Reeds Rains since the middle of September. Since then, the boiler has broken down twice. The first time took almost a week to rectify. The second time was reported on the evening of October 19th when I was advised someone would contact me the following morning. Six days later I'm still waiting. On Saturday 21st October, I reported a leak in the lounge only to be advised it wasn't an emergency and someone would contact me the following Monday morning. Again, I am still waiting for that call. There are other issues which need dealing with but not as urgent as these two. Although my local agent has escalated this and asked someone to contact me urgently, I still haven't received any contact. I don't know what the problem is but honestly, I wish I had never rented with Reeds Rains if this is the standard they believe is acceptable from the property management side of the business. I would advise any would be renters or landlords to be wary of using Reeds Rains.
