After consultation with Kieran, we listed the property on a Friday. Viewing on Saturday and tenant agreed on Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday!) The process has been painless and professional. All our queries have been promptly responded to.

This excellent and friendly sales team (Kieran, Phoebe and Sharon) at the Portishead branch found me my lovely new home and I am thrilled to have chosen this fab high street estate agent for my purchase. Their communications were excellent throughout - special thanks to Sharon for keeping me up to date on the process and being that friendly and reassuring voice on the end of the phone.

Very happy with Reeds Rains, from booking the viewing and the viewing itself, and then everything afterwards to getting the keys to the property. Very friendly and helpful agents, haven’t had any issues but i’m sure if there’s anything they’d resolve it. Would recommend using Reeds Rains.

Reeds Reins Portishead branch have been very helpful in answering my property related questions over the last few years. Kieran came to do a viewing recently, he was punctual and informative. I would have no hesitation in asking him / Reeds Reins to act as estate agent on my behalf in the future.

To the Staff at Reeds Rains. Thank you for looking after me for approximately 13 years!! When I decided to rent out my family home, 12 years ago, you found me great tenants. Kelly and Tina have done a great job in fully managing the property, dealing with any issues and repairs and also making sure government legislation for rented properties was complied with. A special mention to Dave, your maintenance man, who has taken the worry off my shoulders and dealt with problems brilliantly and efficiently. Everyone should have a Dave they can rely on!! Reeds Rains helped us find our dream home in Portishead 11 years ago, working hard to make sure we exchanged and completed in just over a month. Great job guys. I approached Reeds Rains to see if you could help me buy a small property on a buy to rent basis. You found a perfect little house in Portishead Marina. When I needed to find tenants in a very short time frame, you were there again for me, making the whole process easy, keeping me updated, working efficiently and quickly to find the best tenant for me. And finally, Kieran has recently sold my family home, within a week of it being on the market. You all worked hard to achieve this sale. Sharon has kept me informed on progress and answered all my question as they arose, whilst keeping a close eye on the progress of the sale. You have all worked really hard with professionalism and friendliness throughout all my time dealing with Reeds Rains. I shall definitely recommend Reeds Rains to anyone who wants a competent, thorough estate and letting agency.

My expereince with Reeds Rains was very positive, being a first time renter in the UK with no history or credit record they were able to assist me and my family with securing a rental within 2 weeks of arriving in the UK. Tina was very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the process. Thank you Reeds for helping me and being professional and friendly.
