TrustpilotAnother smooth transaction
Stacey Moss gave us good support during the sale of a rental property. The transaction went through without any drama. We have used RR several times and would use again.

TrustpilotREEDS RAINS RHYL
REEDS RAINS RHYLTom was very professional but down to earth and put you at ease. No pressure to list with them. Took property photos with a camera to get better photos than with a phone! Marketing was easy and sold following first viewing at full asking price! Kept updated by the team throughout. Highly recommended and would definitely use again! 10/10

Thrilled with the service from Reeds Rains Gosforth. We were sceptical we could even achieve the asking price, but the team at Reeds Rains were confident we would. In the end they negotiated 15k over asking! Over the moon with the service we have received from them - thank you

TrustpilotCharlotte at Reeds Rains- Great agent
Charlotte was involved with the purchase of a property and although was not our direct agent (as we were buying) she was so proactive, communicative and helpful!! Charlotte really made the transaction stress free and so pleased to have had her involved to get to exchange/completion. Thanks again!

TrustpilotSelling my Mother’s property as a POA.
I would recommend Reeds Rains. I was amazed on how professional they came across. Tom came to value Mum’s property looking very professional and smart. A good rapport was instantly there. Mum had gone in to a care home and Tom had empathy with my situation and took his time to talk about the value of the house. He proceeded to take photographs which looked very good. Tom was positive the property would sell and there would be a lot of interest. There was a lot of interest, and Tom kept me updated at all times. The other staff are also very professional. I cannot thank Reeds enough for everything they have done. They absolutely are the best Estate Agents, they work very hard and deserve the 5 star review.

TrustpilotRent due, Is it that difficult?
Rent due, log into online portal. Says monthly. Bank transfer 12 months worth to them. Week later call from landlord, have you paid? Yes. Few minutes later, call from RR, do you want to set up another 12 months? Well first, it's gone to an automatic rolling contract, and secondly if you want to setup another 12 months then maybe it's a good idea to do it IN ADVANCE, thirdly because it's a monthly payment and you haven't sent any communication I ALREADY sent payment to you on the due date same as previous year. After last year where I had to chase myself for the rent, this year I decided to just let things sort themselves out this time round. This does however leave the question, what do reeds rains actually do for landlords/tenants? The landlord actually asked me to confirm with them that reeds rains have found the 7 grand I sent because RR probably won't do this. I'm not angry, these things happen more disappointed that this company seems to struggle with simple things. I did suggest that my landlord use another company as it's obvious that this one has issues.
