GoogleJust relet the property again after some substantial renovation works over a long period. Connor came in just as the works were finishing. He gave good advice and was pro-active in getting it back on the market finding a suitable new tenant very quickly and helping organise a few last minute items that were necessary. Very happy and a big thanks to Connor and the Stratford team!! From 2021: Highly recommended! Great service from the outset and all the way through from preparing the property to let, through to ongoing maintenance issues. Required works were managed efficiently and effectively.

She consistently advocated for us and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure things stayed on track, to fix issues that weren't within her remit, and to generally provide a positive approach to what was a frustrating situation because of others in the chain. Ellouise and Jessica have been very helpful in finding a tenant for my apartment which I was unable to sell. Ellouise especially has done everything she can to get it rented. I was fortunate in having a very good tenant previously and hope the new tenant will be as good. There does seem to be an issue with losing keys as noted by someone else.

Absolutely awful company. Rented my house with them, nothing but issues on their end. They lost keys, gave wrong dates for appointments, didn't carry out checks on time and still after several months have had no reply about deposit returns. Avoid!

GoogleSold our house in Warwick. Luke was extremely enthusiastic and positive about our home and gave us the confidence to put it on the market. Good comms from Anthony with arranging viewings. But big shout out to Ian for managing the process from offer acceptance to exchange, which at times involved some tricky phone calls (including some reassurance to my wife that all was going to be OK!). Recommended.
