All of the staff whom I met, 4 in total, were very approachable, friendly and efficient. All of my queries were rapidly answered and I was kept very well informed of every step in the process as I sold my home. Excellent service, I personally don't have any complaints.

Tried to look at a property

Tried to look at a property, offered two and a half days in the week, and they had noone available to show me the property. Tried with the next week, same availability, still no one available. If you are marketing your property with them, and wonder why it is not selling, it's because it is impossible to view with them!! I'd chose another agent!

A really seamless and friendly service throughout. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ellouise who was both incredibly friendly and extremely helpful in answering all my questions as well as very efficient in responding.
