GoogleR A Bennett is a very professional organisation. Of that there is no doubt. The person I particularly want to highlight for praise, however, is Roberta Cooper-Evans, the mortgage advisor. I am relatively clueless when it comes to buying a property or moving from one property to another. Once I made this clear to Roberta, she kindly took the bull by the horns, and led me carefully through the many choices and processes I needed to navigate. Her knowledge knew no bounds. Her work ethic was exceptional. She put in an awful lot of time and effort, to get us the best possible deals, constantly reviewing the landscape with various lenders. In spite of my lack of understanding and the undoubted plethora of "dumb" questions I fired at her, Roberta's patience, professionalism and knowledge, delivered with calmness and understanding, set my mind at ease, and made what I've been told is one of the most stressful things a person can do seem like a walk in the park. She always found time for me, even if I would occasionally pop in without an appointment, for five minutes, to help me fill forms in whenever I was stuck. Although she likely had many other clients, I never once got the impression she was performing a "plate-balancing" act. She made me feel special; as though I were the only client she had. I cannot recommend Roberta enough. If I ever had to go through the whole process again, Roberta is the first and only person I'd want to deal with.

GoogleMy partner rented through RA Bennet Leamington. After giving notice, she informed them that she was abroad for a period and that she did not consent to viewings during this period. They went ahead with viewings anyway and accessed the property without warning in breach of the tenancy. We felt violated and that this was an invasion of our privacy. In response they said nothing had been stolen. This was beside the point. They are aware that this was illegal and against her specific instructions but went ahead anyway.

GoogleI've been renting my home with RA Bennett's support for the last 5 years and they've always been very helpful with any maintanance requests and lease renewal. They've always been very friendly and quick to respond and support. Naomi most recently helped resolve an issue with the smoke detector, so I wanted to give a shoutout and say "Thanks!" I also want to give a shoutout to Eilish Summerton who helped me with a leak and cabinet issue. They were promptly resolved and she was always sure to keep me up to date on when the repairs would be happening and followed up to make sure everything was resolved.

GoogleThe whole process of renting with R A Bennett was an absolute breeze, thanks to the amazing Connor and Katie. Professional and personable, honest and helpful. They kindly contacted me before i was due to view a property that had several applications submitted so neither of us wasted our time, but presented me with the most perfect property with the most amazing landlord. They calmly answered all my questions and gently guided me through the paperwork. I would absolutely recommend R A Bennett to anyone interested in finding their dream rental, stress free.
