Tried ringing the Stratford branch and left multiple voicemails never got back to us. Rang another branch who we then booked a viewing for a property on Saturday 7th March at 12:15. We waited & no one showed up. Tried calling but could not get through. Have gone to find the property to make sure we were in the right place to then discover it has actually sold. Not sure why we had been booked in for a viewing or was not told that the property had been sold so the viewing was cancelled. Not the best customer service & would not recommend using them.

Unprofessional of me to mention names but there was no communication between them, no 1 person dealing with your sale, everyone trying to do everything so consequently very poor customer service. Can’t get hold of them by phone. Gave my keys to my buyer when I had not completed my onward purchase. The list is endless……… caused me a lot of unnecessary stress

GoogleWe have recently moved into our home (4 days ago!) and have to say thank you to Phoebe. She answered, what felt like, a million emails sent from myself to her asking questions. However she was always happy to help - even with my silly questions! The gift was a really nice added touch as well. We do have a few teething problems with the house upon moving in, but I am confident working with the team these will be resolved. Thank you

GoogleThis is the best real estate agent I've worked with. You can expect 24h response on a working day. Chloe is espcially great on accommodating my needs moving from the US to the UK. She's the reason I am working with this agent. Phoebe helped me a lot in the check-in day and I really appreciate that. I was unsure between properties but their service made up my mind. No one wants to deal with an agent that does not reply to your emails.
