This is the best real estate agent I've worked with. You can expect 24h response on a working day. Chloe is espcially great on accommodating my needs moving from the US to the UK. She's the reason I am working with this agent. Phoebe helped me a lot in the check-in day and I really appreciate that. I was unsure between properties but their service made up my mind. No one wants to deal with an agent that does not reply to your emails.

We rented property through RA Bennet and as it was good deal for us we lived in that property for almost 2 and half year. We paid all the rents/deposit on time. Property was old so there were always some minor/major issues. Due to mold related issue we had to close down one bedroom. So we were able to use only 1 bedroom. Anyway for two of us it was sufficient. The problem is we have left the property on 28th August 2024, we left the property as we received it, there were minor wear and tear. It's been 2 months now as of today on 28th October RA Bennet and landlord hasn't released my deposit. The new tenant is living in this property since 28th August. This is really frustrating as they are not giving me proper feedback. If you rent property from them then say goodbye to your deposit. I am going to take legal route now as £850 is big amount for us.

We contacted Rachel to help us sell a property on behalf of our Aunt, that had already been on the market with another local agent for 18 months. Rachel felt confident she could sell our Aunt's property and that she did, very very quickly with the help of Pauline who carried out the viewings. I can't fault R A Bennetts Broadway we have received a super professional, polite and excellent service from the team. We originally went on with an online agent, big mistake. After having met Amelia at Bennetts and giving her a run for her money with questions as to why should we engage you, we were highly satisfied with all her answers and have been absolutely delighted and reassured as to the support the whole team provide.
