After four and a half years dealing with a very stressful situation, I made contact with Robert Tomlinson (mortgage consultant). His hard work and professionalism has brought the matter to a swift and agreeable conclusion. Robert was knowledgeable and approachable, a clear communicator and was genuinely supportive throughout the process. He really went above and beyond what would be expected and I would happily recommend his services to anyone. Robert will be without doubt my first port of call if I need any advice or help with future mortgage matters.

This was the first house we had ever bought, so we were not familiar with the process but Robert Tomlinson made everything easy and without the stress, which I have heard other people complain about. Not only is Rob highly professional and knowledgeable, he is also personable and makes you feel like you're in good hands, which you are! After 6 long months we are finally in our new home, which has definitely been worth the wait. We cannot thank Rob enough for his support and commitment over this time and I would definitely recommend others using this service as it certainly takes the unnecessary stress out of buying a house!

I would not recommend using their services if your looking for renting an apartment. They do no answer back emails, call back nor give invoices unless you demand it and still they don’t clarify in the invoice what it was for. (And their prices are not cheap!) I also had to chase them for a month to get my deposit back. Extremely cold staff (especially Aimee) they are all just waiting to show you the way out - the second you enter the door. In short it’s a place that makes sure that you are aware that they don’t care about you, only your money.

This is the second time we have used RA Bennetts and I would highly recommend. We also used their solicitors and mortgage advisor both of which I would recommend again and again. We would definitely recommend this agent. A realistic valuation and no a hidden charges. Rachel was a star, she and her team kept on top of things when there was the threat of the wheels coming off due to another vendors solicitor! The branch kept channels open and liaised with all concerned. Score of 4 is because of hiccup at the start with advertising but this was quickly and correctly rectified and there's always room for improvement! A professional, friendly and committed team. This is the second time I have used the lettings team at R.A. Bennett and can honestly say their service is fantastic. I feel they take all the stress out of finding a new tenant. They have offer to go above and beyond. I receive texts every time there is a viewing and get constructive feedback where a tenant declines. When I raised one concern with an element of their service they were very quick to ensure it was dealt with to my satisfaction.
