Googlevery poor performance in handling the return of our deposit plus monies owed from overpaid rent - coming up to 4 weeks after checkout and still waiting for nearly £3000 from this lot. In terms of communication - zero pro activity and zero obvious desire to sort out the situation - out of sight out of mind and would strongly suggest you avoid this lot - the left hand doesnt know what the right is doing but seems very able to pass the buck from one to the other

GoogleI have recently used R A Bennett and Partners to let a property. They were very welcoming and supportive in getting this underway. In particular, willing to accommodate our timetable and movements. They found several prospective tenants and we were able to settle everything very quickly. They are professional and thorough in their approach. We previously used the Moreton office to sell a property and they were equally helpful. We are very happy with the experience and have confidence in the staff at RA Bennett.

GoogleCommunication was a little slow at first but we were passed over to Emily halfway through and she has been really easy to contact and very efficient and helpful. Roxanna is our contact for property management - only contacted her once but she arranged for the landord to come over straight away to help us. Good service so far!

GoogleI've been using R A Bennett for over a year now to let my property. Had a few communicative problems at first but nothing that wasn't sorted out with a little chat. On the whole I'm very happy with the service I am recieving. Greg and Jamie in the main office and all the staff I speak to seem very helpful and friendly.

Our recent experience with Greg Snow reinforced our strongly held view about R.A. Bennett. Greg is a thorough, dedicated professional who knows his business well. From the outset, Greg exhibited a strong sense of urgency and detail in understanding our requirements. His dogged determination to reach our goal, with constant follow up throughout the process, gave my wife and I a strong sense of comfort and confidence for a successful outcome. Would we use R.A. Bennett again? Yes, absolutely. It has been reassuring to know that R.A. Bennett is interested in building a long-term relationship, rather than simply chasing a fee for a one-off transaction. As such, we look forward to working with them again in the future.
