GoogleDespite an initial appearance of professional competency, over the weeks we came to realize that R.A. Bennett and co are simply a bunch of dishonest, corner-cutting and forthright property bandits masquerading as a high street estate agency. From the wrong photographs, errors aplenty in the property description, failure to communicate true details of potential buyers, mendacious affirmations as to required tasks' completion, to a general failure to execute the most basic tasks in a professional and logical manner (sign installed at a neighbour's!), our experience with this company has been a complete nightmare and one we're unlikely to forget in a hurry. My advice, stay away if you value your property dealings and/or general sanity.

GoogleNot very professional she came to the meeting late then didn't send the feed back until a week later after I emailed her and her reply was she forgot so I am not going to trust them to put my property on the market.

GoogleAs first time buyers we didn't really know where to start and so when it was suggested we go and see Robert Tomlinson for independent advice we had nothing to lose. We never looked back, Rob was professional yet easy to talk to and made things so easy when it's so easy to get confused with figures and all the different options out there. If it wasn't for Rob's guidance I think we'd still be searching for the right mortgage and home now!!! I'm so happy to say I have the house of my dreams. We had the luck of having Toni as our Lettings Agent- Absolutely wonderful- kept in communication with us the whole way through and answered any queries we had with speed and excellent knowledge. The agent is so important when it comes to marketing your house, obviously. So choose wisely. We originally went with another agent who was woeful and cost us several thousand pounds so I was a bit more 'informed' this time. Hands up R A Bennett & Partners at Evesham, Jenna and the team, were first class. Obviously knowing of our original experience they may have something to prove but frankly I just want someone to be honest, informative and help sell my house. From the initial appointment when we were helped with a pricing strategy, you may not like their guide but they are the professionals, they were constantly in touch reassuring us and organising the photography and brochure details etc, setting up the 'perfect launch' weekend. We signed the contract and then the team went into overdrive, within 3 hours (it may have been 2 but I don't want to exagerrate) we had 2 viewings for the launch weekend. We didn't get that far....within that week we had 3 early viewings, 3 offers and sold to a genuine cash buyer who our previous agent had turned away!! And it didn't stop there as they hadn't finished the job. They held our hands right up to completion keeping us up to date on proceedings and helping with any queries. Clearly they are very proactive and jumped on the phones to contact their database hence the swiftness of the results. Now in fairness to our previous agent it may have been a better time to sell, a busier market, or just a better agent, much, much better. Oh and they sold it for several thousand pounds more as well, fluke? I Think notProfessional, proactive and......and.....perfect. I had to get 3 'p's' in
