Sadly, our experience was not great, from start to finish the attitude of staff was disinterest, even when the rental property was dirty on the day we were handed the keys, on the day we left it was thoroughly examined??! Repairs were very slow and we still had a considerable amount of rain coming in after a year of reporting it. There didn’t seem to be any communication as we were asked for the same information by different people. As a rule I am pretty patient but the service we received really made me angry on more than one occasion. The final insult was a four week wait for the return of our deposit despite the property inspection report being prompt and all OK.

Exceptional care throughout the process of selling my house. Emma is efficient, friendly and knows the market very well, making a challenging time much easier. I recommend the agency without reservation.

My sale proved to be more complex and hence took longer than originally envisaged, but throughout Emma Franklin and Amie Clinton chased assiduously, pushed the deal along and kept the faith... and all with cheery smiles. I would definitely recommend Emma and her team to anyone in the Stratford area considering a property sale... 5 STARS

From the moment we stepped into the office we had nothing but professionalism from Shane, Amy and Vanessa. Vanessa we dealt with most as she was the one who got us our mortgage and help to buy. If it was not for her we would not have the house we wanted. Easily the best estate agent in stratford with the best mortgage advisor.

R A Bennett and partners have been the letting agents for our property in Stratford for about 8 years. During that time they have offered a very professional service and I can thoroughly recommend them. In mid- November this year they alerted me promptly to the fact that the tenant at that time would be leaving in early-mid December. By the end of November they had advertised the property, shown several potential tenants round and recommended a professional person who passed all the relevant credit checks. Their efficiency ensured that the new tenant was able to move in within a day of the property becoming vacant, very much a bonus for Landlords such as me who do not like to see their properties empty during a cold winter such as we are currently 'enjoying', (particularly as I live 200 miles away from Stratford-upon-Avon)! In addition, I received a very useful report from the property maintenance team (including photographs) on the current decorative state of the property and a check of the inventory. Five stars without a doubt.

Emma and her team have helped me buy a house and sell two houses over the past eight years. The service they provide is second to none. They keep in frequent contact with all the parties involved in a sale or purchase and are unfailingly professional, patient and well informed. I thoroughly recommend them.

Emma Franklin and the rest of her team from the Stratford branch have done their utmost, at all times, to help us sell our Mum's house. It was not the most straight forward property for them to deal with (for various reasons), but Emma's professionalism and consideration towards us has been fantastic. From the first day she called round to take our details, she has been so helpful and on the ball with everything concerned and has made the sale so much easier. Viewings of the property were instant and we had several offers within two weeks, one of which we accepted. Thank you to the R A Bennett & Partners team at Stratford, and special thanks to Emma and Aimie for making this sad sale so much easier for us. We also would highly recommend using the Countrywide Conveyancing Services, they have been extremely professional and very easy to deal with at all times. Kind regards, Lucy Reed and Ali Jones

Emma, Amie and the team in the Stratford office were great in finding a buyer for me when I wanted a quick sale. Emma was recommended by family members she had previously helped with sales. Within a few weeks of my property being put on the market I already had three offers. The few small hiccups which we had were resolved without any drama. They were fast, efficient and professional, providing realistic and reliable advice. Also - very friendly and approachable which makes the whole process much easier.

Vanessa (mortgage advisor) has been brilliant not only in her help and advice in sorting out our mortgage but also keeping track of the progress of our move and helping the process run smoothly. She's very friendly, but very knowledgeable and professional too. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

WOW ... I cannot rate the R A Bennett experience highly enough. I sold my property exactly how I wanted to, with a single open day rather than lots of separate viewings as it fitted in with work and life commitments. It sold for above what I was expecting and on the day! I then bought through R A Bennett as well after having been very poorly served by another agent. There were a number of inevitable hiccoughs in the process and every one was handled efficiently and professionally. The team were fantastic and really helped my as a seller and a buyer to complete the transactions ... all whilst heavily pregnant! If you want a professional and honest estate agents ... this is it!

Very fast viewings arranged, in our case they arranged to have a viewing on a house which was not ready to be rent but they managed to get the keys in advance, very good support in finding a new house and fast paperwork when customers are very decided. Thanks

The staff at the Leamington branch were brilliant with my elderly mother who got quite stressed with the process of selling her property. They secured a very fair price and very patiently supported her through all the legal necessities of the sale.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for renting. The had a find a tenant agreement with our landlady and the fees to move in were unbelievable. Then we had to break out contract 2 months before it ended, we were forced to pay a reletting fee again to them and again unbelievably high. They seem to have forgotten where they are is not London.

Highly recommend Rob Tomlinson for obtaining a mortgage. Very informative and ensured we understood every step of the process. Found him to be very prompt and pro-active throughout the house buying process and going the extra mile in order to help push through the sale quicker when others were holding the process up. Would use again and highly recommend.
