GoogleVery fast viewings arranged, in our case they arranged to have a viewing on a house which was not ready to be rent but they managed to get the keys in advance, very good support in finding a new house and fast paperwork when customers are very decided. Thanks

GoogleI would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for renting. The had a find a tenant agreement with our landlady and the fees to move in were unbelievable. Then we had to break out contract 2 months before it ended, we were forced to pay a reletting fee again to them and again unbelievably high. They seem to have forgotten where they are is not London.

GoogleHighly recommend Rob Tomlinson for obtaining a mortgage. Very informative and ensured we understood every step of the process. Found him to be very prompt and pro-active throughout the house buying process and going the extra mile in order to help push through the sale quicker when others were holding the process up. GoogleExcellent Service The service from the Leamington office has been excellent in securing a new tenant. They appear to work effectively as a team and pulled out all the stops when a prospective tenant backed out at the last minute. I would certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleI would highly recommend Robert Tomlinson for the mortgage services. He was very knowledgeable, gave us all the information we needed to know and guided us all along the buying process. He was very involved and pro-active in the process also chasing the parts involved in order to move things quicker. Would definitely use his services again.

GoogleMy partner and I have recently purchased our first house together, we decided to use Rob for our mortgage and I must say he exceeded all of our expectations. Rob was quick to answer our questions and always put us at ease, he regularly contacted us with updates to keep us in the loop. Rob went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure that the whole process ran smoothly, I really couldn't have wished for a better service. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.

GoogleArranged a viewing on a property the estate agent didn’t turn up to the viewing. Never informed us they wouldn’t be turning up. This company also passed our details onto other estate agent who have rang me every day since trying to sell our house even though we explicitly said we didn’t want them to. When we called to arrange the viewing they suggested that we weren’t good enough to buy the property and was trying to put us off seeing the house even though they never knew anything about us! If you are looking to use them maybe keep this in mind as they are rude and unfriendly to potential buyers

GoogleUsed the mortgage services from Countrywide through R.A. Bennett & Partners. The service we received was second to none. Robert took the time to talk us through everything to do with our mortgage options and even steered us in the right direction of where to get answers when the problems were not ones he could answer. Really appreciated all of the help and would certainly recommend the services, especially for first time buyers.

GoogleWe would definitely recommend this agent. A realistic valuation and no a hidden charges. Rachel was a star, she and her team kept on top of things when there was the threat of the wheels coming off due to another vendors solicitor! The branch kept channels open and liaised with all concerned. Score of 4 is because of hiccup at the start with advertising but this was quickly and correctly rectified and there's always room for improvement! A professional, friendly and committed team. Always felt in safe hands.

GoogleAfter meeting with several estate agencies I felt very confident in choosing R.A Bennett. My property was sold within 3 weeks of been put up for sale and the service that was provided throughout the sale process was fantastic!!! GoogleThis is the second time I have used the lettings team at R.A. Bennett and can honestly say their service is fantastic. I feel they take all the stress out of finding a new tenant. They have offer to go above and beyond. I receive texts every time there is a viewing and get constructive feedback where a tenant declines. When I raised one concern with an element of their service they were very quick to ensure it was dealt with to my satisfaction. My Mum has let through another agent on Euston Place and has not had the same experience, turns out they are not all the same! Many thanks to Will, Aimee and the team in lettings.

GoogleThese cowboys take multiple non-refundable deposits prior to viewing a letting property! I'd travelled 50 miles!. Not sure if the owners are aware of this?! They are nice as pie when you enquire! And downright rude afterwards! Especially Louise! Sarah branch manager doesn't respond to emails and George needs more work experience. As I know the owner of the property I viewed, I have let her know my concerns!
