I can not recommend this company enough! Luke came out to do the evaluation on our home and talked through the process making me wife who suffers from anxiety feel completely calm about the process. We had evaluation from outher company's but decided we would put the house on the market with ra bennets. They came out and did the photos and put the sign up and arranged a viewings a couple of days later. We had a hand full of viewings and within the week an offer had been put in which we happily excepted .This team are absolutely brilliant we can't recommend them enough and I no this review does not do them justice.

Referring to the Warwick office who come across as amateurs. They had one buyer for us at a substantial discount on the asking price and stopped sending anyone else over to view. I told them not to stop until we had a memo of sale but no. What's happened, the buyers have had to pull out because their buyers pulled out. Two weeks after supposedly getting the sale. Never again.
