GoogleI'm leaving Courtney /Rebecca both 5* ratings . I highly recommended them both , Good at explaining and showing tenants where things are like the bin rooms , stop taps for the water so tenants know what to do. Really helpful and knowledgeable & friendly , good communication with myself and the tenant's.

Highly recommend Qube to potential buyers and sellers. I went to view a house and Gary who saw us round the property was knowledgeable. On the back of meeting Gary we decided to call him and ask him to value and put our property on the market as we really liked his relaxed and friendly approach. We really liked the company that Qube use as a 3rd party to chase up solicitors and ensure the sale goes smoothly as it took the stress out of buying and selling. Thanks so much, we would use Qube again in the future

From a Landlord perspective I can only say good things about my Qube experiences. They literally take care of everything and provide me with virtually everything I need for a 'hands off' investment. They always give me with the correct and accurate information, pre empt any potential issues and advise me of my options so I can make a quick decision on something. I have 2 properties they look after and have rarely suffered any extensive non rental periods over the last 5 years. As soon as one tenant leaves, they find a replacement. Quickly, efficiently and at the correct market rate.
