The Trusted AgentBuying and selling a house
Highly recommend Qube to potential buyers and sellers. I went to view a house and Gary who saw us round the property was knowledgeable. On the back of meeting Gary we decided to call him and ask him to value and put our property on the market as we really liked his relaxed and friendly approach. We really liked the company that Qube use as a 3rd party to chase up solicitors and ensure the sale goes smoothly as it took the stress out of buying and selling. Thanks so much, we would use Qube again in the future

The Trusted AgentAnna
We are due to move into our new apartment at the Adelphi Wharf 2. From only viewing it 2 weeks ago we are set to move in next week. This wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic help of Qubes letting agent Anna. She was patient with us as this was our first time and she helped out with any applications we needed assistance on and was quick and thorough in getting our application status back to us/onto the next step. She is a credit to your team .

The Trusted AgentExcellent customer service
I'd like to thank Qube Residential Liverpool team, especially Mr. Gary Seed. From day 1 (viewing of the property) and up until completion, Gary has been brilliant. Anything from simple queries to chasing solicitors, Gary has pretty much done it all to make this experience pleasant. Thank you!
