We have received excellent service in every aspect of dealing with Qube letting & Sales since the apartment became available to be let out. All the staff are helpful and answer all questions thoroughly and in detail. Any questions we have had are dealt with sensitively and politely. Our recent experience involved the change over from our previous tenant and to identify the new tenant who has now moved into the apartment. Courtney Bryant has been consistently timely, helpful and polite whilst advising us through this process and we have received excellent customer service reflected in the star ratings chosen. My girlfriend went to view a property the previous day. The next day Rebecca sent all the correct documentation allowing both of us to fill out everything very quickly. She then sent a follow up email confirming to us what the next steps are that same day. I have had to deal with other letting agency’s before and Rebecca is by far the best agent I have had to work with.

Courtney was my agent with my rental apartment from Qube Residential. I was actually very surprised that I was selected for an apartment so modern and spacious - as I was applying alone, but Courtney assured me it was possible. I was then selected to go through the referencing process, which I passed, and now I am very happy living in the apartment. Courtney has been very helpful and responded quickly throughout the referencing process, and helping me overcome a minor problem with the property. I am very grateful with everything, and I would definitely recommend Qube Residential/Courtney to friend or family.

I've recently moved into my new flat with Rebecca at Qube as the agent that showed me the property and went through the process of getting me moved in. Rebecca was really friendly and easy to talk to, which is honestly and underrated quality in a lettings agent, certainly makes asking questions about the property and the area much easier. Rebecca was upfront about everything I asked and made the process of moving in as simple and easy as a move can be.
