GooglePutterills Knebworth sold Rory's parents' house, in Welwyn, twice, very quickly. So we had no hesitation in appointing them to sell our house in Codicote. It took us over two years to find our next house and the Branch Manager, Lucy Lord, was very helpful with advice in our search for a new home. In this two years Putterills managed to find suitable buyers several times and helped build chains. This put us in a strong position when bidding for a new home for ourselves several times. Putterills photographs, description and advertising were spot on. Abigail and Sandra "progressed" our sale and maintained the interest of our chains very well, so that we were able to complete our purchase at very short notice, despite the fact that our buyer and their buyers needed to move quicker than our vendors. Abigail also found us an excellent local removal company when all the other companies were fully booked due to the goverment's temporary Stamp duty holiday. GoogleI wouldn't recommend renting through Putterills. Lettings seems to be really short staffed so any problems seem to take an age to get fixed. They really need a better system for reporting maintenance issues.

GoogleThe team at Putterills when above and beyond to secure our offer and house for us. The house purchase was complicated emotionally and legally and yet James and the team guided us the whole way through to success, the communication is the best and most prompt I’ve experienced. If this was with another estate agents the sale would have fallen through.

GoogleThe team at Putterills Hitchin were brilliant from start to finish with listing our house and getting a rocky sale through. Quick to respond to queries, organised, professional, occasionally hilarious, and reassuring at difficult times. I have no doubt that our sale would have fallen through without them pushing it along and negotiating for us. During a pandemic too!

GoogleI have moved house a number of times but my experience with Putterills has surpassed all previous ones. Nick, Helen, James, Alex and the rest of the team didn't just sell my house. They were proactive, friendly, reassuring and helpful, facilitating and guiding me through the process (the first time I have done it on my own). I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

GoogleInitial contact and marketing was very good. Trailed off as the initial point of contact left the business during the COVID-19 onset in 2020, however at later stages following challenges with the chain, were outstanding. Support and straight-talking advice during the period from offer to exchange nothing short of fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.
