GoogleAfter having to deal with the sale of a relatives property and not being local to the area I was very pleased to have chosen Nick Wellington and his team. The sale price that he achieved was substantially higher than another agents valuation which I'm incredibly grateful. We also used the solicitor he recommended which was another great decision. If you want good service from start to finish then I'd highly recommend Nick & his team

GoogleOutstanding service. I would highly recommend Putterills Hitchin to anybody looking for a local estate agent. The process to get our house on the market was very quick and easy. Photos were great and within just a few days we had an asking price offer, from buyers who had been pre qualified and ready to go. When it came to the sales chasing and legal process, Nick and Helen were both great at keeping us up to date, they were reassuring and professional and always at the end of the phone for a chat when things got stressful. Worth every penny of their fee and i wouldn't use anyone else!

GoogleFelt there was more concentration on the purchaser’s requirements than those of the vendor. Property withdrawn from the market in exasperation.
Dear Mr Durke, Naturally, we are hugely disappointed to receive this review, as without fail we work wholeheartedly for each and every one of our sellers. We worked long and hard to endeavor to keep your sale intact, but unfortunately, legalities beyond our control meant that the buyer's solicitor deemed exchange of contracts not possible. We were in no way biased towards your purchaser, and of course are equally disappointed that the sale did not reach fruition, having worked for many months on your behalf with no financial gain. We have tried to contact you, as we would like to discuss this further with you - please do call us in order to talk things through.

GoogleI purchased my new house through Putterills Stevenage and I found them true professional. I am thankful to Neena and Nigel who made pre-sale negotiations and post sale agreed very smooth. The best part with Puterrills is that you hardly need any chase up for anything. They provide a regular update. Another important experience with Putterills is that they deal both the purchaser and the seller in very unbiased manner. I would strongly recommend Putterills to my family and friends.
