GoogleI had excellent service from the Knebworth Branch. Ricky and his team are outstanding, from Lucy's compassion, to Carly's limitless enthusiasm, to Abi's friendly efficiency. It took over 40 viewings to sell our house so it wasn't an easy sale but the team were always on hand for a calming word or some friendly advice on how we could improve our chances. The fact that they got over 40 people in during a pandemic is quite something in itself ! Us recommending you is a given and we are hoping that this is our last move but if we do go again we would have no hesitation in banging down your door. Thank you Guys you played a blinder !

GoogleFound this estate agents to be a shambles - Nigel failed to keep chain informed of his clients situation. Aviod at all costs.

GoogleExcellent estate agents. We were the buyers and from a buyers perspective they were excellent to deal with. Our purchase wasn’t particularly straightforward with a lot of hiccups and unavoidable delays from our side. Nigel Eveleigh @ Putterills kept both sides well informed and manged to hold the sale until completion.

GoogleFor a number of reasons the sale of my property was a complex and time consuming activity and all of this was handled with a willingness to help and in a very professional manner. I was impressed by the fact that whenever I contacted Putterills whoever I spoke to were aware of my particular situation and able to provide assistance. I cannot rate them highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients.

GoogleExcellent service from a highly professional team from valuation through to completion. Staff extremely helpful & knowledgeable, kept us well informed of viewings & feedback. Nigel's excellent communication skills & dogged determination never wavered in the final process and he was the major link between all parties, constantly liaising with ourselves, our buyer and the other agents & solicitors. A highly recommended team whom I would not hesitate to use in future.

GoogleI can highly recommend Putterills, Old Stevenage from the start of our sale, marketing & viewings through to managing the process to completion. The whole team, who clearly work as a team work very hard to make the process less stressful. The two people who stand out are Duncan and Nigel, professional, discrete and there to advise and reassure. Communication is faultless! GooglePutterills and, in particular, Nigel Eveleigh were outstanding as Estate Agents. Throughout the process of my sale they were professional, and I never once had to chase them for further information. Nigel’s thorough attitude and dogged tenacity were completely responsible for ensuring the sale of my property went through. He never sounded like a salesman, he simply took seriously his Company’s desire to be the best at their job. Additionally, in the early stages, when viewing properties, Raymond was honest and straightforward and I never felt I was being given ‘flannel’. Duncan, the Manager at Putterills, Stevenage is very caring and efficient and Nigel, the Sales Negotiator is amazing and always very calm in what can be a very stressful time. Liz and Nina are so helpful. We sold our house last year and bought a Putterills New Home which is lovely and the New Homes Team are great too. Putterills are simply the best.
