GoogleExcellent customer service. I have used many estate agents with previous house move's but none of them come close to the service provided by Putterills. A totally outstanding team who provided a level of customer service far beyond my expectations. Moving house is a stressful cycle of emotions but the Putterills team helped to negate any concerns that we had. Communication is key and at every stage we was kept informed and updated - Even when the news was not always good - either from the sellers or Solicitors the Putterills team remained on the ball and in control. Big thanks to Tracey, Duncan, Nigel, Ruth and the rest of the team! In the end the team felt like part of the family! Thank you all so much.

GoogleWe are really pleased with the excellent service we've received from Putterills. From listing our house through to completion everything has been dealt with very professionally. The viewing agents that showed prospective buyers around on the open weekend were lovely and very helpful, we went away and were happy to leave them to it. Once we accepted an offer Nigel Eveleigh was on it and pushed the sale through keeping us informed through the whole process dealing with various enquiries as they arose. Having not moved for twenty years we really appreciated this! The team at Putterills took the stress out of moving and we can't thank them enough. Would I recommend them to family and friends, absolutely!

Hi Megan, I hope you're well. I appreciate it must have been heart breaking to have the property withdrawn from sale when you were so close to exchange. I can only imagine how you felt when we advised you that it was being remarketed at a different price a few weeks later. Of course this was entirely the owners decision and not something that Putterills could control. GoogleAMAZING!!! This estate agents are the best ever! They are professional and so responsive. My agent Abi supported me every step of the way often also acting as my support and she was always there to give me advice and help. As a first time buyer Abi and the Team explained everything for me and would support me more than the solicitor ever did. I always felt cared for and valued. I finally have my move in date and look forward to meeting the team when I pick up the keys. Dear Mr Kershaw, we are sorry that you feel this way but sometimes we could not do right for doing wrong with you. You informed us that you are vulnerable due to covid so as per Government guidelines we followed the rules by the book for you, and of course all of our clients. In all you had nine viewings and each one was accompanied by us. You told us that you felt on occasion the viewings were rushed but this was to keep you safe and to not allow the applicants to linger. I can assure you that my staff are all fully trained, professional at all times, and I strongly refute your comment about us being discourteous. I would like to refer you to our reviews below, and those on PUTTERILLS website. Should you re-market your property with another agent, I feel sure that you will accept that with the benefit of hindsight your review for us is wholly unfair.
