GoogleDon't waste your time. Used online chat to try and find out about fees for selling, but was not able to book valuation or find out fees by online chat. Putterills called back several days later. Lack of availability for valuations. Refused to share fees for selling over the phone. Next day Putterills phoned to move the planned valuation visit. Eventually received quote for 2.5% fees. Time wasters and Jokers - use someone else!
Edit to clarify - Putterills quoted my partner £4000+vat fee on £190,000 property (2.53%).

Dear Alice, thank you for your comments. We do not have you on our system, so I can't comment specifically.
However, we respond to enquiries as soon as possible and certainly within a few working hours. We are an extremely busy office, so we get booked up for days in advance, which I would see as a positive.
We do not charge 2.5%. We do have a minimum fee for properties under £300,000, which may or not have been applicable in your situation. If this were the case it is a fixed amount, not a percentage as we would usually charge.

I can only imagine how you felt when we advised you that it was being remarketed at a different price a few weeks later. Of course this was entirely the owners decision and not something that Putterills could control.
