GoogleExcellent client service and an extra devotion added to otherwise stressful process of finding the flat to rent thanks to super professionals Holly and Claudiu. The high level of understanding and working in client's best interest as well as thoughtful and efficient processing of the administrative part are only the part of the reasons why I would highly recommend them! The best experience with agencies in London so far. With them you know you are at safe place. Am very happy with my new flat!

GooglePortico's customer service has been consistently appalling, with calls left unanswered, emails about necessary repairs and issues with the flat left unanswered for days, and very poor grammar and spelling in official correspondence. They also attempted to charge me and my flatmates illegal tenancy fees, in contravention of the Tenancy Fees Act that passed into law on June 1st. Do not rent with this company.

GoogleI have been a customer for Portico/Spencer property agency for 19 years. Helene has been dealing with letting my property all these years. I would like to thank Helene immensely for the excellent services that she provided me through out this 19 yrs. I felt that she was so much devoted to her job . when ever, you need support to solve not only accounts related jobs but also any other issue related to the property, she is always their no matter the day or time , her reply is prompt and matter is solved within a second. I would like to mention that , my one reason for staying with Spencer/Portico for such a long period is because of the confidence I built up with Helene and few other staff members whom I got to know from the inception . GoogleJodie is a fantastic estate agent, really helpful and kind. She took time to show us beautiful properties in London - Camden. She analysed our requests and called us immediately when something was available. Portico offers quality appartments and services, all the flats we visited were well maintain. I will definitely recommend Jodie if you are looking for a flat.

GoogleAwful but glad we managed to get some money back through the ombudsman. We had no boiler for weeks in February whilst it was snowing. Our flat was freezing and we had no heating or hot water. AVOID.

GoogleHad a nightmare relationship with Edmund Cude, their staff where impolite and the whole experience felt like being robbed. We had to take Edmund Cude through the TDS where luckily we won back the majority of our money but they fought hard to defend their money grabbing client which was unfair and dishonest. Would urge anyone tempted to find a property through this agency to reconsider.

GooglePortico could help us finding our new apartment in London. The process went really quick, we received contracts timely and kept in touch via email and calls during the whole process, even though we were abroad during that time. We are really happy with the apartment now and any issues concerning the flat are solved professionally and fast.
