GoogleAmazing advice from Max and Shaun when looking for a property

GoogleTerrible, terrible terrible building manager and maintenance. Avoid this at all cost, sincere advice. The flat is broken, told us to put broken furnitures on portal yet nobody came to fix them after a month, the washing machine was broken and we have no where else to wash our clothes for a month already and still yet nobody came until this day. We have nowhere to call, the contacts details they gave us on official website doesn’t work. They also hide the contact details of the landlord purposefully and could be unlawfully on the contract. DONT COME TO THIS AGENCY!!! RUN AWAY!!

GoogleHad a very poor experience trying to buy through Portico a few years ago. Whole process felt extremely pushy. We were mislead by an agent into believing a comparable property in the block had sold for them same price as what we were buying for. A few months later it came out the property had in fact sold for £30,000 less. Overall through the process we raised valid issues and were made to feel as if we were dragging our heels, once being asked, condescendingly, “you’ve never bought a property before, have you?”

GoogleWe really enjoyed using Portico Bloomsbury and Max was a great help during the process. Similarly Anca Coman as our Property Manager has been fantastic with sorting any issues we have had. We would recommend this service to anyone looking to rent!

GooglePortico have provided an amazing focused and attentive service, and managed to have my property let in just under a week. There have been a number of hurdles to overcome however portico have always been accessible and efficient, and overall great communicators.

GoogleWhat a sham of a company. under Outlook my property had been managed for over 10 years. As soon as this company took over the management was beyond terrible. Emails were not answered, deposits not taken from tenants. My properties wrecked and checkout reports made up that did not reflect the damage done to my properties. Still dealing with all the mess. Truly avoid this company for any property related business as left and right hand do not know what the hell they are doing.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend, we viewed a flat and sent our offer to the letting agent. The letting agent never put this offer through to the landlord and stopped replying to my messages. I then saw the same flat listed under another estate agent, sent them my offer and it got accepted. I’ve now moved into that very flat. Portico had no interest in us and we’re nothing but rude and unhelpful. AVOID.

GooglePortico proved an excellent service in helping us find our new home in London. We finally have our home and are very pleased. Christos was an absolute star and has the patience of a saint. He showed us so many properties as they are all so different and really supported us in taking our time to make the right decision and find the right place for us. Would highly recommend Portico to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleWe had a very bad damp problem with mould all over the bedroom walls, and clothes and shoes in the wardrobe going mouldy. Portico didn't do anything about it for more than a year until we got the council involved. We moved out anyway when we woke up in the middle of the night with a rat under our bed. Portico said they wouldn't be able to get in a pest controller for a few days, despite the fact that a rat was running round our bedroom and pooing over everything. Avoid Portico if you can.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
