Firstly the professionalism - both the central team and then the highbury office. Very curteous and 100% on point. Also, Charlottes' knowledge and expertise of the local area, current market conditions and navigating the letting process. GoogleFinley Winters was excellent to deal with. He was incredibly accommodating and informative bringing both professionalism and warmth to what can so often be a stressful and dispiriting process. Not the case here. While we we not successful with our offer on this occasion, I would certainly reach out to Finley and Portico for any moves in the future and happily recommend Portico to anyone.
