GoogleMy agent was Vasili. He is really approachable, patient and helpful starting from room viewing, flat issues enquiry and room moving. He showed high-quality customer services by providing a full review of different types of flats with proper advice based on personal preference, responding quickly for any property questions (i.e. council tax, various bills) and offering help to build furnitures. The property - PLATFORM is all good now as just moving in - the open places including the 19th floor balcony bar, study room, game room are all amazing. And this is also gym and pet-friendly property, which is a really good choice to live. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

GoogleMy partner and I moved from the US about a week ago and we LOVE THIS BUILDING. Of course it’s new, so all the amenities, and appliances are amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful, shout out to Vasili who helped us pick a unit while we were overseas. The location is also great. There’s a bus stop across the street and a rail station just a 7ish minute walk away.

Everyone here is extremely helpful and so friendly. The apartments are stunning - everything is brand new and high end. It’s in a fantastic location and we are so glad we decided to move here.

GoogleOver a month now that we are renting here. A really annoying sound on Block C that we are now assuming is coming from the water pipe (initially we were told it’s the bike alarm). No update no chasing up no nothing. Yet we are paying a considerably higher rent than the average in Glasgow, and we are waking up every time someone runs the hot water in the building, may that be 6am, or 1am or anything between! At least a reduced rent or something until this is fixed due to that mayor inconvenience, would have been something since that is going on for over a month now, and as more people are moving in, more frequently this is heard. Other than that, no much storage space in the flats, really cheap materials on the outside (you can really hear the sound of the rain tapping on the plastic window sill like it is hailing !! - bad exterior sound proofing) and generally flats that were rushed to be put up for renting !

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Platform Property, working with Stuart, Yasmine, Toni and Juliet through the process of looking for, visiting, and making an offer on a property. We were impressed from the start by the PP team's accuracy in finding properties that matched our criteria, and then by their consistently friendly, professional approach. Hearing Yasmine's cheerful greeting on the line always added a bit of brightness to the day, sometimes much needed! Sadly some unexpected problems left us unable to go through with our hoped-for purchase, but the manner in which Stuart (and Toni) handled this and helped us and others in the chain was truly exemplary and left us feeling a lot less dreadful than we would have without the understanding, practical knowledge and genuine kindness of the whole team. It demonstrated well that it's not just how the successes are celebrated but how the failures are dealt with that tells you what's really going on, and in this Platform Property's attitude impressed me greatly. I would happily and wholeheartedly recommend Platform Property for their professionalism and reliability, for taking an interest, and for a sincere willingness and ability to do all they reasonably can to make things work out for their clients. I feel they built a genuine relationship with everyone they worked with during the process of our making and negotiating an offer, and I would particularly commend Stuart's people-skills, philosophical approach, prompt and informative communications, and long experience which made so much go right all along. Once we are back in the running we will be back in touch!

GoogleThe staff are platform Cardiff are fantastic , very accommodating and try their best to keep the building clean and running well. Cohabiting can be challenging , but platform make sure we all at ease. I can thanks them enough specially Rachel she is a doll always smiling and know how to cheer me up .
