Amanda was the first person I met, and she made the whole process seem very smooth and easy from the beginning. She was friendly, helpful, and made everything much less stressful. Of course, when I moved in, there were a few things that needed sorting out, but the maintenance team were always happy to help and assist whenever needed. The whole team has been very responsive to our emails, and I really appreciate that they always sign their names at the end of their messages. It makes communication feel much more personal and helps you know exactly who you are speaking with. The only downside for me is that the apartment is quite expensive, so I do think the price is on the higher side. However, the service and support from the team have been excellent, which has made the overall experience positive. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience and really appreciate how helpful and professional the whole team has been.

I’ve recently moved into Platform Apartments and so far, I’ve had a really great experience. The team were very welcoming and helpful from the first viewing. I personally dealt with Stewart, Skyla, and Amanda, and they were all lovely and made the whole process easy. The apartment is clean, modern, and looks just like the pictures. I really like the amenities inside the apartment, and the building also has plenty of facilities available, which is a great bonus. The location is great too, being close to the city centre, and having a grocery shop right in the building, with plenty of other shops and supermarkets nearby. Overall, I’m really happy with the apartment and looking forward to living here!

I can’t recommend Platform_ highly enough. I’ve been staying here while my flatundergoes major repair works, and what could have been a stressful few months has instead felt like a bit of an unexpected treat! The apartment itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. The building is impressive, with fantastic amenities including a rooftop bar with incredible views, a great gym and even a private cinema room that residents can book free of charge. The standout feature, though, is the team. Every member of staff has been genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful from day one (special shout-out to Lisa!). Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and looked after. That level of service is rare and really sets Platform_ apart.

She recently helped expedite a service request to have my mattress removed, my bedroom door taken off, and the en suite bathroom door repaired, all handled quickly and with real care.
