Platformproperty have been extremely professional in every way in our recent purchase in Sundridge. Every member of staff we met or spoke to was helpful and efficient. Our principal point of contact has been Laurence Dengate. We cannot speak highly enough of Laurenceβs consistent level of courtesy and effective communication through what could have been a very difficult time. His sensitivity, good humour and exceptional negotiation skills are a credit to this business and we would recommend Laurence and his team unreservedly. A complete five star service from beginning to end.

GoogleI took the tour of the facility and all of its amenities with my mum and grandmother last week and we were shown around by Kate. We had a fantastic time, she is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. My mum and gran loved the tour. If you are going to view, ask for Kate!

GoogleWe had a really bad experience before this with another agency but I have to say this time round has been nothing but perfect! Toni Kieth and her team have been really helpful the whole way through answering calls at stupid o clock and making sure all of our question get answered on the same day as we asked them!!!! GoogleCompact but beautiful apartments with everything you need in house. Enjoy your morning coffee with your neighbours in the lounge or get in some exercise in the gym before heading off to work. Ask for Duncan for a tour of whatβs available.

GoogleDuncan at Platform_ saved our Glasgow flat hunt! He's not just a salesman, he's a flat-finding superhero. Listened to what we wanted, even the stuff we didn't know we wanted, and found us the perfect place. Super knowledgeable about Platform_ and Glasgow, answered all our questions with a smile, even the weird ones. Went above and beyond, recommending cafes, parks, and even public transport hacks. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free, even when snags came up (because they always do). Thanks to Duncan, we found a home in Platform_, not just a flat. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, Platform_ is lucky to have him! Seriously, if they have employee of the month awards, Duncan's got our vote! Flat-happy couple signing off!

GoogleI believe Platform_ is one of the best serviced apartments that I have seen in/around Glasgow! And what to say about Vasili! I think he is a gem of a person, tok utmost care of us from the day we visited to view the property, to helping us in moving our stuff - I could have asked for nothing better! Vasili spend more than 1 hr with us, visiting all the flats personally in order to help us find our perfect home! I highly recommend Vasili and Platform_β€οΈπ«

GoogleGreat amenities, the on site team are all wonderful and genuienly nice people. Had the pleasure of being shown around by Amanda who was great at understanding what I wanted and showed a variety of possible options. Delighted with my apartment and the level of service provided by the on site team, and the out of hour security. Cannot fault anything.
