GoogleNice modern flats at a premium Glasgow location and affordable prices. Took a tour to see different apartments and excellent public amenities with Vasilli, who was very helpful and patient going through all the options available. Appreciated Vasili, and thank you so much.

GoogleI spontaneously visited the complex a few weeks ago, Duncan is a total gem, friendly, available, and thorough in his presentation of the flats and facilities. Every aspect, from the elegant interiors to the well-designed communal areas, exudes luxury and comfort. While it is on the pricier side, the cost is justified by the prime location, top-notch amenities, and overall living experience. For those seeking an upscale, community-oriented lifestyle in the heart of Glasgow, this complex is a fantastic choice. Thank you again, Duncan, for everything!

GoogleWe had two viewings with James, who was friendly, knowledgeable and invested a lot of energy into finding the perfect flat for us. The building is lovely, with reasonably spacious, well-appointed apartments and wonderful facilities. Staff are helpful and responsive and not pushy. Great experience.

GoogleWe bought a house in Oxted through Platform Property, with George initially managing our purchase process and subsequent updates on the chain until the chain had been completed, with Toni then taking over through to exchange, facilitating questions to our seller and carefully managing other parties in the chain to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as it could. We were very impressed with the friendly, courteous and helpful nature of George and Toni throughout the process, going above and beyond what you'd expect of a typical estate agent. They made what can be a stressful process as smooth as can be, and we really appreciated their help and guidance, navigating through the process. Thank you!
Daniel thank you for taking the time to write such kind words. We hope you are enjoying your fabulous home! Take care and stay in touch! Best wishes from George & The PP Team

GoogleMy house sale was nothing but tricky for many reasons, however the team at Platform worked hard to progress the sale, manage a difficult chain to completion and offer reassurance during the process. Special thanks to Toni, who took on many tasks over and above her role to facilitate the sale.
Nicola thank you for leaving us this great review!

GoogleI can highly recommend Platform Property ,who we have dealt with 3 times over the last 5 years . The whole team are very professional and make you feel very confident in the way they handle your sale . They work closely as a team and once you have a sale ,they guide you very efficiently through the process always on hand to speak to you on phone or return emails very professionally and promptly . I would highly recommend Platform Property and wouldnβt use any other agent . The hours they work are much more practical to contact them , which is a huge bonus when you are trying to get in touch with them and the team are very professional. I congratulate them all on their excellent service.
Pat thank you for taking the time to leave this brilliant review. We always enjoy our dealings with you and we are delighted to have impressed you three times now! Take care and we hope to speak again soon. Best, Tom & The Platform Property team.

GoogleThe staff is very disrespectful. The staff threatened to evict my friend or in their own words "throw us out" just because we unknowingly threw a glass bottle in the communal bin. Both these female and male staff members have been verbally aggressive and threatening. This is not something anyone would tolerate as a tenant and I would not recommend anyone living here as they have pathetic staff who have not been trained on how to treat tenants even with the exorbitant rent they charge!
