I've not written a recommendation on here before but I think this one is more than deserved. I've had the most stressful house sale and purchase, due to outside influences, but I have to say Platform Property have been amazing. Toni, their after sales lady is just unique. She's lovely, friendly, determined and gets things done. I'm sure our chain would have broken down without her tenacity. Thanks to Tom and his team. Really impressed as is everyone in our chain. Toni has helped us all, not just Platforms clients,. Great service.

Platform Property were recommended to us by friends who had successfully sold their own home with them. Having had our property on the market previously with an established estate agent we had had little interest but Platform Property came at it with a new dynamic. We were impressed with their enthusiasm and modern invigorating approach. We were not disappointed! Tom and Dan are both extremely helpful and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. We are now happily settled in our new home and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of selling their home.

I have to say these guys are very good. Very responsive. Sophie got things started when I made an online enquiry. She called me and we had a really nice conversation. Considering I had never met or spoken to her before it was really friendly. We met her at the house and loved it. She gave us options but we held off making a decision due to our up and coming honeymoon. During the honeymoon the dream house sold but then when back on the market. I emailed her straight away and she replied in minutes to set up a 2nd viewing. Sophie was continuous support through out with all my texts replied to and emails where required. We completed Friday and rather than collecting keys, Sophie met us, on her afternoon off, at the property with the keys, presecco and a card!! Brilliant service. In fact better than my solicitors!! Superb! I have recently sold my property in Edenbridge through Platform Property. I cannot speak highly enough of both Tom and Dan. Their service pre-sale and during the difficult conveyancing period was second to none. Their instruction was not an easy one given the quirky nature of our cottage and the fact that two of the three bedrooms were small. Their efforts are best demonstrated in that we previously marketed the property through one of the existing and historically established high street chains. For the better part of 5 months and in excess of 35 viewings later we were still waiting on a positive result. They seemed happy to accept any and every potential viewer that came along. This was in stark contrast to Platform, who were far more pro-active in ensuring the most appropriate potential buyers were brought to our attention and from what seemed to be a wider catchment area, including areas of London. Platform successfully found us a buyer within 8 weeks and with around 10 viewings. Quite an achievement given the laboured efforts of the more historically established chain.

A very satisfied customer! My partner and I recently sold with our house with Platform and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Their rates were excellent and a cash buyer was found by them for the full asking price within days of going on the market. The most pleasing aspect of their service was the fact that someone will always answer the phone 8am-8pm 7 days a week, they were always available to give us an update or for guidance especially during the week leading up to exchange (which is always stressful on any house sale)!! I couldn't recommend Platform Property more. We were so impressed by them when we viewed one of the houses on their books that we decided to also sell our own property through them. Tom and Dan managed everything brilliantly, and with such enthusiasm. Our house was under offer within a week for well above the asking price, and we had an offer accepted on a house they were also selling. Their help with various negotiations and recommendations for reliable trades and removal services in an area we weren't that familiar with was so helpful. The marketing of our property and the service they provided on both the sale and purchase was much better than any we'd experienced from other agents in the past, yet their fees are lower! A brilliant company.
