We had an initial meeting with Tom who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, we felt for us they were like a breath of fresh air. George then took over looking after us until we exchanged. George was fantastic we couldn’t fault him, he was literally with us on hand anytime we needed to talk to him, he kept in constant contact which was really reassuring. We would definitely use platform property again!

Huge thank you to all at Platform for selling our home - everyone in the team was extremely helpful! We ended up having quite a drawn out sale but they were on top of things the whole way through. Special thanks to Toni in the Sales Progression team who did an amazing job and was constantly in contact with updates. The whole team work extended hours which is a real benefit compared to most other Estate Agents. Would definitely recommend them - there is a real personal touch with their approach to selling your home.

Best agents in Westerham and surrounding areas.

We used Platform Property to sell our house in Westerham. From start to finish the team were brilliant. A constant flow of viewings with feedback to each viewing almost immediately. Our house beautiful as it was sat directly on a very busy road which made the sales process slightly more challenging. The team, Tom, Dan, George and Toni managed the expectations of viewings ahead of their visits so people were happy to live at such close proximity to the road which made sure their were no surprises, nor time wasters. We sold the house after only 2 months of Platform being instructed after other agents far less proactivity. Much cheaper on the fees too! Honestly, using Platform is a win, win situation all round. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Best ever.

Quite simply- The best there is. To say the team at Platform have gone above and beyond for myself and my family in this last 7/8months, due to harrowing personal circumstances, is a huge understatement. As a company they have held out hands through some of the bumpiest rides never being pushy or overbearing. Only ever being sympathetic and totally understanding and literally bending over backwards to help and make things as easy as possible for us. From putting my mother and fathers house on the market to securing a property for them to move into as quickly as possible- they have been a dream to deal with. Buying a house is usually one of the most stressful things you'll do- especially when you have a 9 month old baby attached to you hip! However, Dan was phenomenal. We were blown away by how attentive he was; immediately returning calls (even on days off!!) and emails. We purchased our property from Platform which was a great experience. We had an extremely hard time when it came to selling our property and moving into our dream home. Everything that could go wrong did, sale fell through, buyer pulling out, paperwork not completed, you name it it happened to us. To say we were feeling a little down trodden would be an understatement and our faith in estate agents was near to zero. Then we met Toni from Platform. Toni was like a shining beacon in a dense, dark wood. If it wasn't for Toni I believe we would still be living at our house in Bromley. I would not hesitate to recommend Platform Property to anyone thinking about moving house. Tom was brilliant from the start, very straightforward and certainly clear on managing expectations unlike other agents I met. He had my house under offer very swiftly and as I struggled to find the perfect house for me was in constant contact with anything new he had coming up. Tom actually found the perfect house for me and let me see it before it went on the marked and his judgement was right and I made an offer on the front door step. For various reasons including the chain falling through twice the whole transaction was very lengthy. Tom and Dan kept me updated and even when I was being a terrible pain by emailing every five minutes to find out if we had 'any news' and also when I was being a real moaner they were patient and very pro active with pushing things on. As an aside I think when your agent makes the effort to pop in the day after you move to congratulate you it really does say a lot about their investment in their clients.

I used two estate agents before thankfully meeting Tom. I had been given unrealistic valuations on what my property could achieve in the current market just so that the agents could get me onto their books, it became apparent quickly that this is one way Estate Agents are measured and rewarded. Once signed up with the agents we became invisible very quickly. I met Tom a few months after our property had come to market and signed up with Platform Property. Tom is pro-active, honest and empathetic and these qualities transcend down through to his staff. Platform Property offer a unique approach to estate agency that gave me confidence and faith in the process, I never doubted them and they didn't disappoint.
