Recently sold a house in the Oxted area. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service Tom and his team provided. The 8am til 8pm, seven days per week service was invaluable as was their willingness to go above and beyond (in one case collecting a viewer and driving them to property). And really very greatful for the help of Toni, their dedicated sales progressor, without whose help our sale would definitely not have been completed.

If you are reading reviews, then you may be trying to decide who to use as an agent to sell you house. Look at the other reviews of buyers - that will tell you a great story - the type of story you want to hear from people who will buy your home. I can tell you what it was like to have them as agents in our sale. In our experience, through the entire process of selling our home, Platform have been excellent. From the creation of the listing, through to arranging and organising the visits, and finally, to finalising the sale and working with solicitors to complete, the folks at Platform have been friendly, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We dealt with many agencies when looking at other houses to buy and found none to be as good as Platform. Platform recognise the importance of the internet in the way people buy and sell homes today but also provide a full service agency - really, the best of both worlds. You add to this that they are fantastic value for money - well, we've been delighted.

Fantastic service and extremely patient with my circumstances. Having split with my partner and obtaining court proceedings the house sale was never going to be easy. However thankfully Mark and Co and platform literally took away as much stress as they could and handled the sale professionally. We always knew exactly what was going on, who was viewing, the feedback, all without prompting. Really impressed how they helped to tie the whole sale together after offer too. Although I like to keep an eye on things also, it was nice to know that they were pushing to get everything across the line. Can't be any more happy and if I could give a 6th star here I would!! Don't use anybody else, they are fantastic.

We signed up with Platform Property on the 21st June 2018, by the 24th August 2018 we had sold our house and moved into another through them - 9 weeks and 1 day! Platform Property are by far the most innovative and progressive Estate Agency in Oxted and the surrounding area. Right from the "off" George was very proactive in getting things up and running, meeting with us on a Sunday at short notice to kick things off.  A few days later I received a call just before 8pm from Tom (The Guvnor) - a courtesy call just to make sure things were progressing OK......how refreshing for customer service in this day and age! All viewings were arranged and carried out by Platform Property, with a full debrief on how it went to follow.  We did not have to chase them once throughout the whole process. Stuart & Lily played their part in getting the deal done and then the best bit.......Toni - the fabulous sales progressor who did not stop until completion!  Toni kept the whole thing motoring along, especially keeping the solicitors on their toes and all parties in the chain happy.....all this, with pretty much a daily update on where we were at........simply excellent service! Unfortunately for Platform Property, we love our new house so much that we will not need to use them again anytime soon, but I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone wishing to buy or sell in this current tricky market......thank you for the cactus (named George) and keep up the good work!

We were very impressed with Tom and his team. They worked hard for us and presented the property very well. We took something of a risk by following his advice on pricing, however were rewarded by a large number of offers which clearly established the value of the property. We encountered several unforeseen issues during the process but at all times felt that the Platform team were available for advice and they went above and beyond what was strictly their role in order to assist us both up to completion and afterwards. This was greatly appreciated, particularly as we were managing the sale from a distance. Overall, we feel the value they provided more than justified the fee and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Possibly the friendliest, most helpful and hard working company I have ever had to deal with. What can I say about the team at Platform Property that hasn't already been said. They really are a team and not individuals working towards their own targets. The photographer took amazing photos of our house and Platform Property were able to add them quickly not only to their own website but the major portals giving it maximum exposure. From the moment we put our house on the open market they had viewings lined up and people through the door. We were kept informed of any feedback from our viewings and anytime you rang the office they were polite, interested and willing to help. Not only did they help sell our property but also helped find our new home. After viewing a couple of houses with them and missing out on one they found "our house" giving us a call before it came to market. Once we had agreed with our buyer and seller, we were then in contact with their after sales team who then helped get us over the line in terms of dealing with solicitors and any queries that arose in the short time frame that we were given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again it was an absolute pleasure. I feel like we are more friends than clients after this experience. So professional, friendly and passionate about their area and jobs it just flows from Tom and Dan through the whole company. One dark, chilly November evening after having had our house on the market for almost a year, there was a knock at the front door. Having opened the door after searching for the key and wiping off the cobwebs (we rarely used this entrance, except in high summer) a young man who introduced himself as George was found to be standing there. “I’m sorry to disturb you” he said “but I’ve been driving past your house for some time now and have noticed that you haven’t yet sold it. I work for Platform Property and we would very much like to be in a position to sell your house for you.” We were so impressed by George and the rest of the team at Platform, we decided to entrust them to sell our beloved home. They sprang into action and we experienced more activity in the first few weeks than in the past year! The entire team at Platform were aware of what was happening, so it didn’t matter who we spoke to. 2017/2018 were difficult times to sell any property but Platform never ceased in their efforts to reach a successful conclusion.
