GoogleWe had a viewing at Platform and Yan was really friendly and helpful. We had all the information we needed when we left. Yan understood what we needed for our apartment and gave us a few options. After viewing other apartments we decided to go with Platform, thanks to Yan.

GoogleMy partner and I have had a fantastic experience at Platform_. The building is modern and is a comfortable living environment. There's lots of amenities included of high quality to book out. Kate, who showed us around the apartments, has been fantastic throughout the entire process, and has always been extremely responsive to questions or issues.

My experience with her has been extraordinary, Amanda's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm were immediately apparent from my first interaction with her. She meticulously guided everyone through almost five different apartments, providing detailed insights and answering every query with patience and expertise. She listen and understand my needs, suggesting options that closely matched my preferences and lifestyle aspirations. Her thorough explanations and attention to detail made each visit informative and enriching, allowing me to weigh my options with clarity and insight. She gave me the warmest welcome and accommodated every one of my requests, questions, concerns, ultimately landing me a flat that I am extremely excited to move into soon! Fantastic staff and customer service experience and honestly cannot wait to start living here! I want to express my deepest appreciation for Amanda's time and effort.

GoogleReally fantastic first flat viewing experience with Vasili, he was kind, attentive to our needs and was very patient with us! Thank you Vasili! Felicia was also very helpful when we needed help with an issue after moving in! Overall, Platform_ is a fantastic building to live in, with a lovely community feeling and very clean. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a more close-knit living experience very central to Glasgow.

GoogleStayed in Platform for 5 months Lovely properties/ammenties, nice location, energy efficient/cheap to run, and the staff/residents are a good bunch. A point to note, and the reason I chose Platform_ in the first place, is rental is very flexible with a 28 day notice period, great if you are doing contract work. Kate helped me throughout the process, arranged a number of viewings for different flats, assisted with selection, and worked hard to get me living there within a fortnight. Overall, a great experience.

GoogleI had the amazing opportunity of having a view with Kate for one of PLATFORMs apartments and it being available in the exact same day of the viewing. It has been a very great experience. People are always very helpful and responsive. I also love the fact they organize small events which helps people like me who moved from other countries meet other people from PLATFORM.

GoogleThere are annoying sounds coming from the water pipes in Block C for months now. Sadly, all the complaints addressed to the building manager have been ignored

GoogleHaving annoying sounds from the water pipes on BLOCK C for months now , to the point where we wake up in the middle of the night .. We have made complaints to the building manager but every time they come with various excuses and unfortunately nothing is actually being done to fix this issue..
