GoogleWe find Penny and Sinclair an excellent letting agent while being a wonderful host in Airbnb. The letting agent with whom we dealt with, Nicola Randall of Penny and Sinclair was very cooperative and professional throughout. She listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. We definitely recommend Penny and Sinclair as a letting agent to anyone looking for a new property in the United Kingdom or to stay in a property hosted by them.

They were always on hand to walk us through the process and also passed on valuable recommendations for solicitors and survey agents. They are well informed and very reliable, we would definitely recommend.

As you can imagine, this is quite a daunting process, but with Penny and Sinclair, I felt in extremely safe hands the entire time. I wanted to send a special thank you to Sean- he has been endlessly supportive and helpful, giving me kind and friendly advice throughout. He has answered every question I had, with nothing seeming like a silly question, and has gone above and beyond to make me feel confident and well informed about the process of buying a house. He has always been on hand to respond, and I feel really lucky that he has been the one to help me! I am so excited to move in, thank you so very much again. 100% recommend.

GoogleAmazing properties for short let. Pretty unattentive with tenants though, unfortunately. The small issues I faced when renting with them (e.g. request for a vacuum cleaner to remove myself the dust on the flat) had my emails completely ignored.

GoogleWe wanted to provide some feedback on our house selling experience. We have just exchanged on the sale of our house at OX2 9RF. Like many house sellers, we went into this process with a very cynical view of estate agents. We were expecting the worst and to have to continually chase and cajole during the process. Immediately upon meeting the manager of the Summertown branch of Penny Sinclair we felt assured - by his knowledge, frankness and openness about the selling process. All of this chimed with our practical experiences and real life. He made us a number of promises on signing. He kept every single one. Our house was on the market with a professional brochure and impressive web-presence within days. We had a full price offer (on which we have just exchanged) within a couple of weeks (our second visit). His team were well briefed and carried on the professional approach which he had conveyed to us. We are incredibly grateful for his deft and empathetic handling of our buyers (and of us!) during what has been a stressful and intense period. We will not hesitate to recommend Penny Sinclair to our relatives and former work colleagues.
