GoogleWe recently purchased a property with P&S as the agents, and Angie and Sophie were phenomenal throughout the whole process. They respond to communications almost immediately, are always happy to pick up the phone and chat through your case, and were great with advice too. We couldn't recommend them enough!

GoogleMy daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair. Amber came up with a solution that was perfect for us just in time for the program's beginning. Lisa and Lillimai provided outstanding service and helped make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back next summer for another great experience in Oxford.

GoogleI have an annual extended stay in Oxford and have stayed in flats with Penny & Sinclair for two years and the level of service and communication is exceptional, particularly from Lillimai, Amber, and Lisa. Further, the level of care and concern is exceptional. After a long journey, I realized that I'd left my phone on the coach and the staff were so helpful, resulting in me recovering my phone very quickly. I plan to continue working with Penny & Sinclair in the future because they are easy to work with and have exceptional flats in good locations.

GooglePenny and Sinclair have been managing my flat since I started renting it out 9 years ago. They have always done a good job but wanted to recognise some recent great service. The team went out of their way to deliver and collect signed documents from my home as I was unable to print them. This customer service and support was very much appreciated.

GoogleThank you to Sean and the team for their extremely professional, efficient and also friendly manner throughout the process of the property sale. Right from the first meeting we had every confidence in Sean handling the sale and managing it through to completion. His detailed knowledge of the local market was important to us and he was able to give some very useful advice. Communication was excellent throughout and we were kept fully informed on progress.

GoogleThe worst letting agents in Oxford. They will bully you out of the house because they want more money. Repairs are done few years after reporting. They don’t care about tenants, they don’t listen when I explained my circumstances. They will falsely accuse tenants for breaching contract but they took their time (3 years) to repair leaking water through the lightbulb. Never again!!

GooglePenny and Sinclair did a great job selling our house in Summertown. The whole process of selling is always stressful, especially for foreigners who are not familiar with the English system. Penny and Sinclair helped to facilitate and expedite the process and reassured us throughout. A special thanks to Sean who managed everything from the first meeting until completion.

GoogleSean, Alice, and the team provided a professional and excellent service for our recent house sale and onward purchase. Sean was very proactive from the start, right through to completion. He spent time liaising with our solicitor and the upstream estate agents and solicitors to keep them focused and avoid the chain failing - providing us with regular updates. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sean and Penny and Sinclair again, they really helped make what can be a stressful time much easier.

GoogleWent to see them on a Saturday when they should have been open 9-3 to find the whole shop shut. Needed to talk to them about a property they manage for us. Very disappointed they cannot staff the shop on a Saturday (13th January). Returned after an hour to find one member of rental staff there. Shop should be manned.
