GoogleWe have rented a flat through Penny and Sinclair in Oxford and it has been a delightful process. Rebecca has been extremely helpful throughout the process, quickly solving and small issues we’ve had since moving in and the flat is perfect! Would highly recommend this estate agents and will definitely be using them again in the future!

GoogleWe bought our house with Penny and Sinclair five years ago and had a very good impression of their team, which is smart, professional and very nice. We had to relocate and we've rented out our house for about three years and naturally chose Penny and Sinclair to organise the letting. We have now exchanged contracts and are about to sell, again with P&S. The letting was smooth, the selling a bit bumpy but we were really well supported throughout by the P&S team, including Lucy Lawton Smith, Lisa Godwin, and Will Davies!

The team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout what can be a complex and sometimes stressful process. Communication was clear and timely, and they kept me updated at every stage, especially during the more challenging parts of the transaction involving a charity seller and extended approval timelines. I particularly appreciated their persistence in following up with all parties and helping move things forward when delays occurred. They remained patient, helpful, and approachable throughout, which made a big difference as a first-time buyer. I'd planned to put the house on the market the previous year so I had an idea of what to expect as well as the potential value of the house. But, Sean's positive attitude, his knowledge of the market in the specific area of Oxford were such that I found it easy and clear to instruct Penny & Sinclair. From the moment of the appraisal up to date, Sean and his Team have been in their dedication, support and understanding outstanding. Sarah has been there every step of the way with her hardworking, enthusiastic and warm approach which has paid off as now the house has been sold and we're heading towards completion day. I would gladly and confidently recommend Penny and Sinclair.

GoogleTwo weeks ago, I rented a property from Penny & Sinclair near Market Place in Abingdon. The agent who showed me the property was Sean. Sean has always been very kind, helpful, and responsive. Once I decided to rent my current place, I asked to move within a week. The agency then acted quickly and efficiently to support my request, and I managed to move by the scheduled date.

GoogleWe rented a property through Penny & Sinclair as tenants for over 4 years. They are an excellent estate agent. The property was well looked-after. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. We were never charged any unfair deductions of deposit. Every time we needed support, the agency was responsive within reason. I would highly recommend them.
