GoogleMany thanks to the exceptional Will Davis at Penny & Sinclair, who made my recent experience renting a property in Oxford as smooth as possible. Will was amazingly helpful throughout the process - from guiding me through my application, promptly answering any questions and liaising with the landlord, to checking in that everything went well with the move in date (which they very helpfully facilitated on a Saturday). I’m very happy with my new flat and trust that I’ll continue to have a very positive experience with their office throughout my tenancy. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Nicola is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, Mia is warm and approachable, and both Will and Sean go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Me & my husband were looking for a flat to buy in Oxford, and the agents were very helpful (huge thanks to Sophie for being very responsive, providing all the info and supporting in the way). Then we had a change of plan, and the Penny&Sinclair team helped us to fond a place to rent. We had some difficulties with visas and referencing, and Will was very very helpful. He was super open and helped to sort everything out, huge thanks! I had an experience of communicating to other agencies and it was a nightmare. Such a different experience with these guys! GoogleWill Davis of Penny and Sinclair (The Plain-Oxford) was instrumental in helping me find accommodation in Oxford, within a week’s timeframe. He successfully negotiated with a third party, on my behalf. He was understanding and patient addressing all my concerns regarding my search criteria. He met me several times to view various flats and answer questions on the area, safety, transportation, and restaurants. I sincerely appreciate all your effort in helping me secure a lovely flat. Thank you so very much for your knowledge of the area, sincerity, and kindness. I will definitely reach out to you and P&S for short and long term stays in future.

Having secured nearly 100% occupancy, Lillimai maintained communication with us and the guests throughout, easily dealing with all practical elements for which we are extremely grateful.
