I've been renting through Penny and Sinclair, with Rebecca Shaw as our property manager, for nine months now. The company is exactly what you would hope for in a letting agency. Every time something has come up (when we wanted to paint, when there was a mould issue that required some repairs, when the washing machine broke down), Penny and Sinclair has not only responded quickly, but also sorted out the situation in a very timely manner. Very happy with this company!

I have been really pleased with Georgia and the short let team at Penny and Sinclair. Initially I was slightly apprehensive that short let’s would lead to greater wear and tear of the property. Having visited the property over this last weekend I believe it looked better than how we left it and was in fantastic condition. Lucy, Chloe, Amy and others in the Penny & Sinclair Summertown office were extremely helpful. Lucy showed us a very nice property to let in Woodstock Close and helped us through the application process. As foreigners, we have faced numerous hurdles breaking into the Oxford renting scene which we did not anticipate coming from the US. Indeed, we did not have much success when trying to apply for housing from the US. The Oxford market is tough and the process can be opaque. There can be multiple applicants vying for the same apartment/house especially in the Fall when there are relatively very few properties to rent. Lucy and the office helped us immensely in surmounting numerous barriers for which we are extremely grateful.

There was a bit of a mess left by the tenant before me, but P & S has been absolutely wonderful and reassuring by making sure everything is neat and beautiful by the time of my moving-in.
