I recently worked with Penny & Sinclair in a professional capacity, predominantly working with Rose, but also a couple of other team members, Lucy and Oliver. The team are fantastic to work with - all very enthusiastic and passionate about the company and their service. Everyone demonstrated fantastic professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the local area. P&S maintain and provide a highly professional service, and an equally personable ethos making them a pleasure to deal with in any capacity, be it a working relationship, or if you're looking to purchase/let a property. A well deserved 5-stars, I would certainly recommend.

We recently sold our house through Penny & Sinclair. It was not the smoothest of sales due to issues beyond our control elsewhere in the chain, but the service and support we received from Oliver and the entire team throughout the process was exceptional. Oliver worked tirelessly to secure our sale, gave us sound and sage advice about our purchase, and kept us going through some stressful times. Everyone in the office was a delight to deal with, and well informed about our sale. I would have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.

Naomi Everett at the Penny & Sinclair Summertown office has been very helpful and pleasant to work with. When I had a problem with one of my utility suppliers, she was extremely helpful in contacting the company and finding a sensible solution

I have been renting a flat with Penny & Sinclair for more than a year. They have been very prompt with addressing maintenance-related issues and are also quite polite and respectful.

I've sold and bought with Penny&Sinclair and I will definitely do this again in the future. I can't recommend Lizanne enough, she really tries to understand what you are looking for and has a skill at putting the right buyer with the right seller at the right price. When I am ready to sell again, she will be the first person I call!

We took over a friend's tenancy which was managed by Penny & Sinclair Summertown. Nicola and her colleagues have been very helpful and efficient in assisting us with this. They have also been very patient with us, and always answer our emails promptly. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend them as an agency.
