Very happy with the support received from P&S when my elderly disabled mother's home was flooded and we needed to find alternative, emergency accommodation very quickly. The team were very helpful in finding something meeting her very specific requirements within a few days of the problem occurring. They went above and beyond in communicating immediately and accurately in arranging the necessary admin very quickly for the initial rental period and again latterly for an extension to that period. I have rented many properties all around the world, and I have never received the level of service I received from Katherine at Penny & Sinclair. My partner and I asked a few questions at the inspection, thinking the answer would probably be no (removing some furniture from a fully furnished apartment and finding secure bike storage). Not 2 hours later, Katherine had negotiated both of these with the landlord and had given us a comprehensive update via email. We decided the property was not quite right for us, and Katherine was quick to offer alternatives that may suit, which was extremely helpful. We have actually gone with a property in a different area, but if I was to start looking again, Katherine at Penny & Sinclair would be my first choice as the experience was so positive.

Very responsive and an excellent mediator working out of ours (even though we asked her not to) to resolve our issues. The AirBnB I had booked through a private host fell through last minute and I was searching for an alternative and saw a Penny & Sinclair property that met my requirements. They were familiar to me as used them for a previous booking and they were great on that occasion. Thankfully their customer service has remained the same - although it was late afternoon on a Saturday, the Penny & Sinclair rep. Georgia went out of her way to get me into the property as soon as possible. The only delay was due to a thorough cleaning being undertaken - and I was ok with that due to our current reality!
