GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. One of their agents showed us a property, and we later had our offer accepted, only to find out months later that the property was actually owned by that same agent, something we were never made aware of at the time.
After waiting over 7 months and being on the verge of completion, the seller (who, again, worked for the agency) decided to pull out and move into the property herself. This caused us significant stress, expense, and wasted time.
When I raised my concerns with the manager, Paul, he was extremely patronising and dismissive. I explained that a family member who runs a successful estate agency said the situation was highly unprofessional, but Paul insisted she was wrong and spoke to me in a very rude manner.
Overall, the entire experience felt unethical and poorly handled. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency.
