GoogleThe office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter.
This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

The house was spotlessly clean, genuinely one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever moved into. It felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Small details made a big difference: fresh new curtains, bottled drinking water ready for us, clean bathroom mats, and all the essentials already in place. It honestly felt more like moving into a home than just a rental property.
The whole process with Pearson Estate was smooth and professional, and their attention to detail really showed. They are definitely among the best, it’s clear they genuinely care about both the tenant and the landlord.
