Timely e-mail responses from Kate Antoniou ensured that we were well kept in the loop while the agreement for the tenancy was under way. Moreover, all the doubts which were raised were also responded timely via e-mail and on the phone with detailed explanation. Overall, very satisfied with the services.

She chased up every query we sent to her and tried to resolve any issues that arose throughout the process.
