We originally chose Palmer Partners because of their helpfulness and professionalism. The house was placed on the market and sold within a couple of days. However, it turned out to be a very complex and challenging sale because of various legal issues. Claire Chapman was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. She kept all parties fully informed, she chased solicitors relentlessly, and throughout she retained a cheerful and humorous demeanor. At one point when we looked like losing the sale she spoke to the elderly purchasers, reassured them by explaining the reasons for the legal delays and was able to rescue the sale. She did an absolutely first class job. Thank you Claire and well done!

The guys were very, very helpful in the office however they did not turn up for appointments three times do you know what its like sitting in and waiting for someone and they just don't turn up. I think it is unprofessional and if this reflects your services in the sales end I can't see you being overly useful not even a courtesy call to cancel.

Throughout we were given expert advice and guidance and every telephone call and visit to the office was treated with patience, politeness and humour which is sometimes desperately needed in what can be an extremely stressful procedure.
