Great Agent, could not fault them, they have worked so hard to sell my house and finally it got sold, it took a long time as it fell through three times but they assured me all the way along that they would sell it and not to worry. The girls kept me informed all the way along and pushed the solicitors all the time. They also got me my rental flat and even there it was a very smooth transaction and faultless all the way. As first time buyers we had no idea the involvement Claire would have post-offer acceptance, although we did get the impression she does go above and beyond! With lockdown etc, the house purchase experienced a number of delays and we can honestly say Claire was the reason it kept moving, and we finally got to completion. She was always very responsive, kept us updated, was always calm and helpful, she listened to our concerns and queries and always got quick and practical responses back to us.
