GoogleMy Husband phoned to book a viewing at a house on the High Street in Brightlingsea on the Saturday the Girl in the office took the booking she gave 2 available viewings one at 10.30. and one at 16.00 my husband said the he would confirm which time. My husband rang up on the Friday he confirmed the 16.00 on the Saturday and asked if the that the gate can be left open on the property that's if we arrive early we can see the garden no problem he was told brilliant. We arrive at the house to find no gate was left open we waited for the ventor to arrive and waited to no avail l said to my husband to ring the estate agents yourself he was told there was nothing booked in at all and that we should of confirmed the booking we did that when we agreed the time and date and to leave the gate open.We were coming from Cambridgeshire which can take 2 hours so we made sure the time and day were ok to view as my huband confirmed on the Friday. Unprofessional to say the least they had nothing logged on the system bad. And to get told if they had the viewing there was no electricity so no lighting oh sorry yes by some form so I should think by tourch light are they joking looking around a property when it's dark with no lighting and in your words when the property needs total renovation Just very unprofessional to say the least. Everyone I have spoken to at the local office have been brilliant. A family run business like this are far better than one that is part of a larger corporation! Will definetly use them again.

GoogleVery highly recommended. These guys helped us navigate through a tricky sale. The sale has been completed in a very timely fashion. The constant and consistent communication was superb and kept us reassured as to what was happening and that things were progressing. Unbelievable service - especially when you consider this was achieved whilst in lockdown. The staff also friendly, knowledgable and accommodating.

GoogleI rang palmers and partners at aroundb5 in the afternoon panic stricken because I was about to be homeless. I spoke to kate from lettings who completely understood my problem, she showed me a property at 5.50 that evening. Kate went out of her way to pull all the stops for me, and I am thanking her once again for her hard work and time. We were not disappointed : they found us our buyer quickly and were very tenacious in helping overcome the various hurdles that one faces in this process.

GoogleCannot thank the team at Palmer & Partners enough for their fantastic service throughout our sale and purchase. The sales team were great from start to finish; Alfie the valuer was great, Tyler and Amy for all of their hard work organising a huge amount of interest straight away and finally Hayley for pushing constantly for us to get a sale through incredibly quickly in a very busy market! Overall, the team have been incredible to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Five star service!

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Palmer and Partners and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The team were fantastic at getting viewings booked in and providing us with prompt feedback. Once we had sold our house (which, to our surprise was not a long wait at all), Amy progressed our sale and was fantastic. She was so helpful and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish and in general the team were a pleasure to work with. Selling a house isn’t always an easy process but it was made so much easier by having a professional and responsive agent to work with. GooglePhoned up Thursday morning to view a property and was told there were no appointments available that day so booked a viewing for Friday evening. Come Friday morning I received a text to say the property had been let. Phoned up to check and another woman told me there were in fact viewings all day and evening Thursday and the property was now let out. The woman I spoke to on Thursday morning, when I mentioned the property would be for myself and my partner she only asked about his work details, after booking the viewing time I asked if she needed my work/wage details to which she said along the lines ‘oh I didn’t think you worked’ which I find seriously unnecessary and rude - why wouldn’t I be working because I’m looking to move with my partner? Super unhelpful!!
